Custom Opportunities

Want to enhance your sponsorship?
The following options are available as add-ons to any booth or as standalone sponsorships.

Evening Happy Hour Sponsor @ Local Boerne Breweries: Let’s Talk!

Heads Up: The Guild is working directly with our Boerne brewery members to coordinate evening parties during Texas Brewery Roundup. If you’re interested in sponsoring an event, we ask that you connect with us rather than making arrangements directly. Because many of the breweries are just blocks apart, there will likely be multiple events happening on the same night—but we’re intentionally curating the schedule so attendees can easily move between events, sponsors are treated fairly for their investment, Boerne’s breweries are thoughtfully spotlighted, and events can be promoted on the official schedule rather than siloed off. We’re also working to coordinate shuttle service between locations. We know it’s common for suppliers to plan their own events during larger industry gatherings like the Craft Brewers Conference, but Roundup is a more intimate event—especially in a small Hill Country town like Boerne—so working through the Guild is crucial for staying organized and ensuring the best possible experience for everyone involved.

Sponsor an Evening Event

One of the perks of hosting Roundup in Boerne is how easy it is to turn our conference nights into brewery crawls. With six craft breweries within a 2.5-mile stretch–including four right on main street–we’re organizing a series of official evening events throughout the conference.

Want to team up with a local brewery to pick up the tab and spotlight your products or services in a memorable way? We already have some fun ideas percolating like World Cup watch parties, pinball tournaments, Brewsters arm wrestling, live demos, and of course beers with industry peers!

Interested in sponsoring/co-sponsoring an evening party? Shoot us an email and let’s talk scheduling, budget, how we can make sure you maximize your investment, and which Boerne brewery might be the perfect fit.

Brewery Shuttle Sponsor: $1,500-3,000 (Sponsor Friday, Saturday, or both days!)

Texas Brewery Roundup will feature a series of evening events at local breweries across Boerne. To help attendees move easily between breweries—and get back to the hotel safely—we’ll have a pair of shuttles looping between participating brewery locations and The Bevy by DoubleTree.

The Brewery Shuttle Sponsor helps make that possible while keeping your brand front and center throughout the evening.

Sponsor Benefits May Include:

  • Logo placement on shuttle signage and schedules
  • Recognition on the conference website and event schedule
  • Opportunity to include branded materials or giveaways on the shuttle
  • Verbal recognition during conference announcements and evening event promotions
Sponsored Seminar: Business & Hospitality Topic: $1,500 (Limit 2. One spot still available!)

New for 2026: Friday will feature two blocks of sponsored seminar opportunities from 3:00–5:00 PM, with two available slots in the Technical Brewing track and two in the Business & Hospitality track.

Sign up for a 55-minute presentation slot and develop your own session for Texas brewery professionals. This is a chance to share your expertise, showcase products, ideas, and solutions relevant to the industry, and connect with the Texas craft brewers through your own educational programming.

Sponsored seminar hosts receive:

  • One 55-minute presentation slot
  • Placement in either the Technical or Business & Hospitality track
  • Promotion in the online conference schedule, event marketing, and programs
  • A platform to engage directly with Texas brewery professionals in an educational setting

FAQ:

Where do sponsored seminars fit into the program?
Sponsored seminars will be held Friday from 3:00–5:00 PM, immediately following the conclusion of our add-on Sensory Workshop and Brewery in Planning Summit, which bring many attendees to the conference early, and before the evening’s offsite welcome happy hour. Sponsored seminars will be open to ALL Texas Brewery Roundup registrants and will take place alongside key Friday activities like badge pickup, beer drop-off, and hotel check-in–plus welcome snacks and beer samples as folks enter the seminar rooms–making them a great opportunity to connect with attendees as they arrive and settle in for the weekend.

How are the Friday sponsored seminars different from Saturday’s educational programming?
The rest of the conference program is developed by the Texas Craft Brewers Guild’s Education Development Committee. While Allied Trade Members may occasionally participate in panels or presentations on Saturday, those sessions are evaluated and selected by brewers purely for their educational merit and operate under a strict no sales pitches policy. Sponsored seminars provide a different type of opportunity. During these sessions, you are welcome to showcase your products and services without the sales-pitch restriction. (That said, we strongly recommend incorporating some useful educational content to provide a valuable and engaging experience for attendees.)

Coffee Sponsor: $1,200 (Limit 1)

We’ve been told by more than one past conference venue that Texas craft brewers are record-setting coffee drinkers! Help us keep the caffeine flowing and you’ll receive a special shout-out at each coffee station and in the conference program.

Tote Bag Sponsor: $1,000 + bag production costs (Limit 1)

Where there is swag, it never hurts to have a bag! Whether you’re a merchandise company interested in partial in-kind opportunities, or a sponsor who’d simply like your logo on an official conference tote bag, get in touch if you’re interested in talking more about this potential add-on opportunity!

Taster Cup Sponsor: $1,000 + taster cup production costs (Claimed)

What’s a beer industry trade show without beer? And it’s even more fun to sample a beer from a commemorative vessel. Whether you’re a merchandise company interested in partial in-kind opportunities, or a sponsor who’d simply like your logo on the glass, get in touch if you’re interested in talking more about this potential add-on opportunity!

Sponsored Seminar: Technical Track Topic: $1,500 (Claimed)

New for 2026: Friday will feature two blocks of sponsored seminar opportunities from 3:00–5:00 PM, with two available slots in the Technical Brewing track and two in the Business & Hospitality track.

Brewery in Planning Lunch Sponsor: $1,200 (Claimed)

Future brewery owners gotta eat, and they’ll be grateful for your sponsorship! Sponsor the Brewery in Planning lunch on-site at the DoubleTree during the Friday Brewery in Planning Summit and you’ll receive on-stage recognition during the event, a shout-out in the program, and an exclusive invitation to join this intimate group of attendees for lunch and networking!

Booth Add-on: Power Access: $55

Add a standard electrical connection and powerstrip to your booth

Booth Add-on: Pour Beer: $200

Enhance your trade show presence by pouring beer at your booth! This add-on allows you to feature beer for educational/product spotlight purposes, directly engaging attendees with your products or technology.

Beer Service Specifics:

  • Responsibilities: If electing to pour beer from your booth, it is your responsibility to work with your brewery partners to source, transport, and manage the beer as well as provide all necessary service equipment (cooler, bus tub, bar key, etc.) for your booth.

In the event that you are unable to source beer, run out of product mid-event, etc. the Guild can likely provide additional canned beer donated by our members for you to pour at your booth, but please understand this will be subject to what folks bring and we won’t be able to guarantee any specific brewery or style requests.

  • Cups and Ice Provided: The Guild will provide ice + uniform disposable taster cups and/or official sponsored taster glasses for all points of beer service. Please limit samples to no more than 4 oz.

  • Allowable Products: Exhibitors may serve craft beer, seltzer, cider, hop water, purees, etc. to showcase partners, products, and technology. No hard liquor is allowed. Hemp beverage products require prior approval.

  • Packaging: Packaged beer is highly recommended. If you wish to pour draught beer, prior approval is required. Remember, you must provide all service equipment, including jockey box, CO2, etc. We do not have any draught equipment on-site.

  • Location: All beer must be served within the confines of your booth footprint.

  • TABC Certification: Volunteers will NOT be provided. Any exhibitors serving beer must be TABC Seller/Server Certified. If your certification needs updating, we offer a discount through your member dashboard to retake the course for less than $10, valid for two years.

  • Beer Service Hours: Saturday from lunch to the closing of the trade show hall at 6pm.
