A New Program for Texas Municipalities

The first of its kind in the nation, the Texas Craft Brewers Guild’s Brew City, Texas program is dedicated to propelling Texas to the forefront of craft beer generated economic development and tourism. With the craft beer industry contributing a staggering $4.5 billion annually to the Texas economy, communities large and small have begun to recognize the industry’s vital importance to fueling economic development, attracting food and drink tourism, and cultivating community for local residents.

Brew City, Texas aims to unite breweries and communities across the state under a shared vision: to position Texas as a world class craft beer tourism destination. Whether working with established beer destinations or communities seeking to attract their first brewery project, our approach celebrates established brew hubs and empowers aspiring locales. By fostering strategic alliances, providing tailored educational resources, and deploying targeted marketing efforts, the program aims to bolster Texas craft beer tourism for communities large and small, and invite visitors to savor the taste of tradition while stimulating economic prosperity for every corner of the Lone Star State.
