We are looking for some hospitality hustlers to join our team at On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen.

On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind brewpub located outside Love Field in Dallas with 40 always-rotating taps, stocked with our own small batch brews and exceptional guest taps.

We have an energetic taproom with spacious patios, and a full kitchen featuring gluten-free fried chicken, elevated brewpub staples, and scratch sides – all made fresh daily.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a calling to deliver exceptional customer service to join our team, someone who will be a team player and take great care of our brewpub guests.

If you are knowledgeable and passionate about craft beer or other craft beverages, that’s a plus, but we’re willing to teach you all about beer if you have a desire to learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We offer competitive pay, a flexible schedule, and a fun work environment where everyone works as a team.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday (Closed Mondays). Our typical shifts are 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Open) and 4 PM to 10:30 PM (Close) with some mid shifts and varied schedules on weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with guests, greet tables, take orders, and answer questions
• Understand and speak confidently about our food & drink menus
• Deliver food orders & drink orders rapidly and accurately
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Maintain the brewpub by cleaning & organizing
• Bus/remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables
• Pour beers & make drinks properly with care
• Restock & replenish brewpub inventory and supplies as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Physical ability and stamina to carry food & trays, walk, and stand for 7+ hours
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain focused and multi-task
• Good personal hygiene and understanding of food safety rules
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Current TABC & Food Handlers certifications are a plus, but not required

HOW TO STAND OUT

• Show us you have experience as a server, bartender, or hospitality team member
• Demonstrate a knowledge of craft beer, especially the local DFW beer scene
• Familiarize yourself with On Rotation, our history, our brand, and our menus
