Launched in 2024, the Texas Craft Brewers Guild’s Brew City, Texas Program aims to propel Texas to the forefront of craft beer-generated economic development and tourism. With the craft beer industry contributing a staggering $4.5 billion annually to our state economy, communities across the Lone Star State are embracing the vital role craft breweries play in fueling economic growth, attracting food and drink tourism, and fostering vibrant local communities.
Brew City brings together cities large and small, uniting them behind the shared vision of showcasing Texas as a premier craft beer destination, where visitors can explore diverse brewery scenes, experience local flavors, and immerse themselves in the unique culture of Texas craft beer.

Anna
The City of Anna is currently working with downtown business owners and land owners alike to create a unique and vibrant downtown community. As part of its efforts, the City of Anna and City of Anna EDC partnered with 3 Nations to create the first ever Brewery in Anna, TX. What was once the old police station, is now a vibrant, fun, family-friendly biergarten patio and taproom offering some of the coolest and most delicious craft beers brewed in the county. To pay tribute to the downtown history of the building they currently reside in, 3 Nations created the “Cops to Hops” blonde ale which patrons cannot get enough of.
Not a beer drinker? That’s ok. 3 Nations also offers wine and non-alcoholic beverages and a list of weekly activities such as bingo, karaoke, corn hole, trivia, and live music. 3 Nations has been an amazing partner with the city and opened the door for more and exciting change for the Anna downtown area. As we continue to grow and reinvest in the downtown we look forward to partnering with more businesses like 3 Nations, and truly creating the downtown feel that our Anna neighbors and patrons want and deserve.




Austin

Located just 25 miles outside of bustling San Antonio, downtown Boerne’s Hill Country Mile exudes charm with its colorful storefronts and historic buildings. Denton
Home to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, Denton boasts a vibrant music and arts scene. Just a short drive from Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounded by lakes and state parks, Denton blends hip culture with historic charm. With 4,000 acres of open space, unique dining and shopping experiences, and a lively downtown, Denton is a hub for craft beer enthusiasts. Currently housing Denton County Brewing Company and Union Bear Brewing, the city anticipates being home to five breweries by 2025, reflecting its growing craft beer scene and numerous projects currently under development.




Dripping Springs
Located just 25 miles southwest of downtown Austin, Dripping Springs is home to over a dozen craft breweries, spectacular natural wonders, historic treasures, unique shopping, eclectic live music venues, a plethora of vineyards and local distilleries, and legendary hospitality. Fulshear
Located on the western side of Houston, Fulshear has rapidly become the second fastest-growing city in the United States. The city balances small-town charm with top-tier amenities and beautiful master-planned communities, making it an ideal place to live, work, and play. Fulshear is home to Project Halo Brewing, an award-winning boutique craft brewery known for its Artisan Lagers and Ales, as well as its amazing community activities! Galveston
Nestled just 50 miles from Houston, Galveston, Texas, is a charming Southern retreat with a rich tapestry of art, historic architecture, chic boutiques, and ghost legends. Located approximately 65 miles east of Austin and 100 miles west of Houston, La Grange is an area set to explode over the next decade. The streets of La Grange were laid out several years before the organization of Fayette County in 1837. Waco
Travelers seeking a spirited experience will find what they want in Waco, Texas. Craft breweries? We’ve got ‘em, five to be exact; six if you include the hops at a lively downtown distillery. And did we mention the city’s dining scene? It’s getting noticed beyond our boundaries. Magnolia Market may beckon (and downtown boutiques do not disappoint), but those who linger are caught off guard by Waco’s abundant natural beauty, its museums, its music scene, and a storied history that dates back to the Chisholm and Shawnee cattle trails. Eccentric yet humble, revitalized yet evolving; this ain’t your granddad’s Waco!




Waxahachie
For more than 150 years, Waxahachie has been a destination for locals and visitors alike. Today, it’s still the go-to place with over 120 delicious restaurants throughout the city. Indigo
Indigo is a walkable “urban-in-the-suburbs” master planned community in Richmond, TX. 60% green space and entirely connected by car-free “mews”, the neighborhood is centered on 13 acres of commercial town center known as Indigo Commons.
The Commons will feature 22 individual commercial buildings where owners can live upstairs, two brownstone apartment complexes, a boutique hotel, and a gorgeous central plaza and promenade for children to safely roam while families enjoy ground floor retail and dining.
We have a space reserved for a brewery and are looking for an owner that is interested in putting down roots in our community.




Luling
Sometimes referred to as the “Crossroads to Everywhere”, Luling is conveniently located at the intersection of US Highway 183 and Interstate 10, just 40 miles south of Austin and 50 miles east of San Antonio. Once known as the “toughest town in Texas”, Luling is a microcosm of the things that made Texas famous, agriculture, oil and the railroad.
