Mental health and alcohol abuse are taboo topics in any industry, but they are especially interrelated and top of mind in craft brewing. Michael Harper from Funky Picnic Brewery & Cafe in Fort Worth will share his personal journey to improve his mental wellness and enjoy alcohol more mindfully, including what he’s learned along the way. Harper will share available resources for a variety of approaches, from meeting individual needs to how a business environment can promote workplace wellness for its employees.
