This year, two signature Texas Craft Brewers Guild conferences, the Education & Safety Summit and the Brewery in Planning Summit, are combining to form one new Texas-sized event! Join us in San Antonio for the inaugural TEXAS BREWERY ROUNDUP, a weekend of education, networking, and fun with a multi-day conference, expansive trade show, and off-site events at local breweries!

High Level Schedule of Events
THURSDAY, JULY 21
- Evening River Walk boat cruise to welcome Brewery in Planning attendees (BIP ticketholders and river boat sponsor only)
FRIDAY, JULY 22
- 9:30am: Brewery in Planning Summit begins
- 1:00pm: Trade show load-in & setup time begins for sponsors
- 3:30-5:30pm: Friday trade show hours & general attendee badge pickup
- 5:30-7:00pm: Off-site brewery tours for Brewery in Planning attendees
- 7:00-9:00pm: Welcome happy hour for all registrants at Roadmap Brewing Co.
SATURDAY, JULY 23
- 8:00am-5:00pm: Full day dual track conference and trade show hours
- 5:00-6:30pm: dedicated trade show time & happy hour to close out Grand Hyatt portion of event
- 7:00-9:00pm: Evening event at Alamo Beer Company
SUNDAY, JULY 24
- 10:00:am-12:00pm: Closing brunch & learn event at local brewery (TBA)

The Texas Craft Brewers Guild hotel block booking link has now closed, but San Antonio has a lot to offer! Check out local hotels down the River Walk, haunted historic hotels a little further out, or rent out an Airbnb for the whole team.
Base Sponsorship Levels

Trail Boss Sponsor: $3800 (Limit 3)
Trail Boss Sponsorship includes:
- Premium 15×15 activation space in the trade show hall at the Grand Hyatt. Versatile footprint for the layout of your choice.
- Most prominent logo placement in the Texas Brewery Roundup program, registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, sponsor banners on-site, and on attendees’ printed tickets. Plus, exclusive logo placement on attendees’ mobile tickets.
- Recognition as sponsor of one official off-site event (available for selection on the sign-up form based on availability):
- Friday Welcome Happy Hour at Roadmap Brewing
- Saturday Night Happy Hour at Alamo Beer Company
- Sunday Brunch & Learn (Brewery Host TBA).
- Standard conference registration* fees waived for four representatives from your company
- Option to distribute a swag item, brochure, etc. to attendees at the check-in table welcome bag station
- Exclusive sponsor opportunity to briefly introduce a speaker, tell attendees about your company’s support for the Guild and thank them for attending.
- List of registrant names and companies (email addresses provided for attendees who opt in to sharing contact information with sponsors).
Standard conference registration includes access to Friday & Saturday Trade Show, all Saturday sessions, off-site happy hours at Roadmap Brewing Co. and Alamo Beer Co. and Sunday Brunch & Learn. Does not include access to Brewery in Planning Summit sessions or Thursday boat tour which have very limited capacity.
Cowboy Sponsor: $1900 (Limit 10)
Cowboy Sponsorship Includes:
- Premium 10×10 activation space in the trade show hall at the Grand Hyatt
- Prominent logo placement in the Texas Brewery Roundup program, registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, sponsor banners on-site, and on attendees’ printed tickets. (Logos to appear under Trail Boss sponsors.)
- Standard conference registration* fees waived for three representatives from your company
- Option to distribute a swag item, brochure, etc. to attendees at the check-in table welcome bag station
- List of registrant names and companies (email addresses provided for attendees who opt in to sharing contact information with sponsors).

Ranch Hand Sponsor: $925 (Limit 60)
Ranch Hand Sponsorship Includes:
- 6x8ft activation space in the trade show hall at the Grand Hyatt
- Logo placement on registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, and sponsor banners on-site. (Logos to appear under Cowboy Sponsors.) Name included on program exhibitor list.
- Standard conference registration* fees waived for two representatives from your company
- List of registrant names and companies (email addresses provided for attendees who opt in to sharing contact information with sponsors).
Standard conference registration includes access to Friday & Saturday Trade Show, all Saturday sessions, off-site happy hours at Roadmap Brewing Co. and Alamo Beer Co. and Sunday Brunch & Learn. Buckaroo Sponsor: $250
For Allied Trade members who are not able to attend–or do not wish to have a booth–but would still like to show support!
- Logo placement on registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, and sponsor banners on-site. (Logos to appear under Exhibiting Sponsors.) Name included on program sponsor list.
More Trade Show Details
Time to set up your sponsor booths at the Grand Hyatt will be available on the afternoon of Friday, July 22 from 1:00-3:30pm.
In compliance with our venue, banners/signage will not be allowed to be fastened to the wall or drape behind your table. You are welcome to drape any branded banners/tablecloths over your table, and/or to employ freestanding signage behind your table. Additionally, glitter and confetti are against venue policy.
Ranch Hand Level Sponsors: Each 6 ft exhibiting sponsor table will have 3.5 ft x 8 ft of dedicated space behind it, so you will have enough room to stand or sit comfortably and display freestanding banners or other items if desired. You will have other booths adjacent to you, so out of respect for your fellow Allied Trade Members, signage, display racks, etc. that exceed 8 ft will be prohibited. For 10-15 feet of dedicated booth width please see our Cowboy and Trail Boss options above.
Items sponsors should provide: Any branded signage to drape over your table and/or stand freely behind your table, branded items/product demos/samples/giveaways, etc. as wanted.
Items the conference will provide: 6ft table with drape, two chairs, general sponsor Thank You signage throughout the venue.
Items sponsors can book directly through the venue for an additional expense: power access, shipping & receiving, dedicated wifi, monitor rental, laptop rentals, and alternative furnishings such as barstools, cafe tables, etc. Stay tuned for an order form from Encore AV.

Brewery in Planning Lunch Sponsor: $1500 (Limit 1)
Future brewery owners gotta eat, and they’ll be grateful for your sponsorship! Sponsor the Brewery in Planning lunch on-site at the Hyatt during the Friday Brewery in Planning Summit and you’ll receive on-stage recognition during the event, a shout-out in the program, and an exclusive invitation to join these attendees for lunch and networking before the trade show kicks off!
Coffee Sponsor: $1500 (Limit 1)
We’ve been told by more than one past conference venue that Texas craft brewers are record-setting coffee drinkers! Help us keep the caffeine flowing and you’ll receive a special shout-out at each coffee station, in the conference program, and in an informational email before the big event.
Tote Bag Sponsor: Let’s Talk!

Brewery in Planning River Boat Sponsor: $2000 (CLAIMED)
Ahoy there! To welcome Brewery in Planning attendees to San Antonio Thursday night, and facilitate a unique networking opportunity, we’re arranging a limited capacity River Walk cruise. Each boat charter can accommodate around 35 folks, so depending on registration numbers, we anticipate having between one and three boats (our best guess says two). As the river boat sponsor, you’ll receive a shout-out on the registration page, exclusive recognition in informational emails leading up to this welcome excursion, and, of course, an invitation to join us for networking and fun with a uniquely captive audience!
