Brewer

We are a small business so the candidate will wear many hats. You will be a self starter, take pride and ownership in your work and always strive to push yourself and your work to be better. Attention to detail is key, but you must be able to do so while multitasking.

Requirements: Some level of production experience and be familiar with the brewery production, celler work as well as packaging. This candidate will operate our canning line, wash kegs, counter pressure transfer finished beer, dry hop, CIP/SIP tanks as well as Wort production. This job will entail all aspects of the brewing process, so you must be flexible and willing to work any job. The Brewer position is responsible for overseeing efficient execution of all brewhouse and cellar operations. The Brewer ensures the highest quality and consistency through execution of fermentation, yeast management, dry hopping, beer transfers, conditioning, kegging, canning and QA/QC.
