Marketing Coordinator

Vista is a 21-acre destination in the beautiful Hill Country town of Driftwood with a brewery & Tasting Room, farm-to-table restaurant, organic farm, apiary, walking trails, live music and private event spaces.

Vista has layers of stories to tell, and we re looking for a marketing coordinator to take on special projects to maintain and grow the brand. You will be contributing to the overall marketing plan and execution while gaining valuable marketing skills.  

Vista offers all team members a well-rounded experience with the opportunity to cross-train in all departments of the company: Brewery, FOH & Private Events, Culinary, Farm.

Projects and tasks may include:

• Maintaining Vista’s website with new menu items and events
• Content creation for social media (think TikTok/Reels, creative photography!)
• Ensure Vista’s programming is submitted to local calendars
• Managing Vista’s presence within digital beer communities such as Untapped, Texas Brewery Passport, etc
• Participating in Vista’s on- and off-site events such as festivals, tastings and special events
• Assisting with Vista’s merchandise (design, ordering, inventory, stocking, etc)
• Other tasks to assist the Marketing Director

Position requirements

• Earned (or studying for) a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business
• Passion for the craft beer and hospitality industries
• Savvy in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Media and PR acumen (working with press and influencers)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative in a variety of situations (a self-starter!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
