Hold Out Brewing is a brewpub with a full kitchen just west of downtown, and right next to our sibling restaurant, Better Half. Our crushable beers and smash burgers have already begun to create a loyal Austin following.
We are currently focused on a table service model created to meet the challenges of the Coronavirus pandemic. We’re looking team members who are super stoked about the Austin beer scene, loves a good burger, and has experience waiting tables and/or bartending. Long term, the brewpub will be a more casual typical Brewpub-counter-service model. We are also looking for new-to-the-service-industry folks who are excited about what we’re doing and want ‘a foot in the door’ at a quickly growing brewpub.
