Bartender

Hold Out Brewing is a brewpub with a full kitchen just west of downtown, and right next to our sibling restaurant, Better Half. Our crushable beers and smash burgers have already begun to create a loyal Austin following.

Hold Out is looking for a couple of energetic folks to join our Front of House team who are super stoked about the Austin beer scene, love a good burger, and preferably have some restaurant experience. We are also looking for new-to-the-service-industry folks who are excited about what we’re doing and want ‘a foot in the door’ at a quickly growing brewpub.

We’re hiring beertenders and expos, but all candidates should expect to multi-task and work as part of a team offering elevated hospitality in a counter-service setting.

Successful candidates should exhibit:

Strong communication skills

Flexibility in scheduling, working weekends and holidays

Desire to learn and develop food knowledge

Positive attitude

Strong work ethic & ability to multi-task

Experience is recommended but not required
