This small team won 7 medals between the 2022 & 2023 Texas Craft Brewers Cup (5 golds & 2 silvers) and they won the 2023 Brewery of the Year in the 600+ bbl group, so when we say they know what they’re doing – we mean it! This session will cover the souring process basics and then the team will take a deep dive into the science behind the souring process with some tips on how to brew your next sour along the way.
