Our Annual Meeting is expanding this year to a larger conference venue and iconic hotel in the heart of downtown Austin. With two on-site restaurants, a spa, rooftop pool overlooking the city, 800 guest rooms, and nearly 100,000 sq ft of conference space, we’re excited about the opportunity to grow our Annual Meeting at Hilton Austin.
Rooms will be available at a great discounted rate of $189/night in the Texas Craft Brewers Guild hotel block.

Title Sponsor: $4000 (FULL)
Title Sponsorship includes:
- Table at the Welcome Happy Hour on Friday, February 11 to mingle with brewers and show off your products and services.
- Premium 15×15 space in the Saturday Sponsor Hall at the Hilton. Versatile footprint for the layout of your choice.
The Sponsor Hall will be open all day Saturday, February 12. Attendees will have dedicated time to visit sponsor tables at the beginning of the day, during lunch, in between sessions, and during the pre-awards reception at the end of the day.
- Most prominent logo placement in the Annual Meeting program, registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, sponsor banners on-site, and on attendees’ printed tickets. Plus, exclusive logo banner placement on attendees’ mobile tickets.
- Conference registration fees waived for five representatives from your company
For both the Friday happy hour and the Saturday conference
- Exclusive right to material distribution on each meeting attendee’s seat or passed out at check-in.
This can be a swag item, a brochure, a bag, etc., whatever you’d like to provide, but it will need to approved by Guild organizers!
- Exclusive sponsor opportunity to briefly introduce a featured speaker, tell attendees about your company’s support for the Guild and thank them for attending.
- List of Annual Meeting registrant names and companies (email addresses provided for attendees who opt in to sharing contact information with sponsors).
Premium Sponsor: $2000 (FULL)
Premium Sponsorship Includes:
- Table at the Welcome Happy Hour at a local brewery on the evening of Friday, February 11 to mingle with brewers and show off your products and services.
- Premium 10×10 space in the Sponsor Hall at the Hilton on Saturday, February 12 (the Sponsor Hall will be open all day with dedicated time at the beginning of the day, during lunch, in between sessions, and during the pre-awards reception at the end of the day). Bringing in your branded 10×10 pop-up tent would be a great way to make the most of this space!
- Logo placement in the Annual Meeting program, registration page, informational emails leading up to the event, sponsor banners on-site, and on attendees’ printed tickets. (Logos to appear under Title sponsor.)
- Conference registration fees waived for three representatives from your company (for both the Friday happy hour and the Saturday conference)

Exhibiting Sponsor: $825 (Limit 45)
Exhibiting Sponsorship Includes:
- Six Foot Table in the Sponsor Hall at the Hilton on Saturday, February 12 (the Sponsor Hall will be open all day with dedicated time at the beginning of the day, during lunch, in between sessions, and during the pre-awards reception at the end of the day).
- Logo placement in the Annual Meeting program, registration page, informational emails leading up to the event and sponsor banners on-site. (Logos to appear under Premium Sponsors.)
- Conference registration fees waived for two representatives from your company (for both the Friday happy hour and the Saturday conference)
- List of Annual Meeting registrant names and companies (email addresses provided for attendees who opt in to sharing contact information with sponsors).
Please note: Exhibiting Sponsors will not have table space at the Friday Welcome Happy Hour, but two tickets to the event are included so you can come out and mingle with the brewers.

For Allied Trade members who are not able to attend–or do not wish to have a booth–but would still like to show support!

More Trade Show Details
Time to set up your sponsor booths at the Hilton Austin Downtown will be available on the afternoon of Friday, February 11 and on the morning of Saturday, February 12. Stay tuned for exact hours.
In compliance with our venue, banners/signage will not be allowed to be fastened to the wall or drape behind your table. You are welcome to drape any branded banners/tablecloths over your table, and/or to employ freestanding signage behind your table. Additionally, glitter and confetti are against venue policy.
Exhibiting Level Sponsors: Each 6 ft Exhibiting Sponsor table will have 3 ft x 6 ft of dedicated space behind it, so you will have enough room to stand or sit comfortably and display freestanding banners or other items if desired. You will have other booths adjacent to you, so out of respect for your fellow Allied Trade Members, signage, display racks, etc. that exceed 8 ft will be prohibited.

Items sponsors should provide: Any branded signage to drape over your table and/or stand freely behind your table, branded items/product demos/samples/giveaways, etc. as wanted.
Items the conference will provide: 6ft table with drape, two chairs, general sponsor Thank You signage throughout the venue.
Items sponsors can book directly through the venue for an additional expense: power access, shipping & receiving, dedicated wifi, monitor rental, laptop rentals, and alternative furnishings such as barstools, cafe tables, etc. Stay tuned for order form.

Sponsorship Opportunities
TEXAS CRAFT BREWERS CUP is the first professional beer competition run and organized by The Texas Craft Brewers Guild to showcase the outstanding quality and variety of Texas craft beer and the brewers who make them. The following competition sponsorship options are available as standalone opportunities or add-ons to any Annual Meeting sponsorship. Thank you for your support of our inaugural craft beer competition!
Competition Sponsor: Base Level: $500
And the award goes to…you! This base level sponsorship of the Texas Craft Brewers Cup includes your logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
This base level is available as a standalone OR included with any of the sponsorship options below.
Judges Saturday Dinner Sponsor: $1500 (Limit 1)*
Sponsor an opportunity for the competition judges and stewards to kick back and enjoy some food at a local watering hole after their first day of the competition on Saturday, January 29. This sponsorship offering includes the option to send up to four members of your team to the dinner to mingle, pass out swag, etc.
This sponsorship option also includes all logo recognition in the Base Level, including logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
Judges Lunch Sponsor: $1500 (Limit 2)*
Judges gotta eat and they’ll be thankful for your sponsorship! There are two lunch sponsorship opportunities during the competition judging–Saturday, January 29 & Sunday, January 30th–both at the judging hotel (Holiday Inn Austin Town Lake). This sponsorship option includes the ability to send up to four members of your team to the sponsored lunch to mingle, pass out swag, etc. and share some remarks at the beginning of lunch.
This sponsorship includes the potential to give up to a 30 minute lunch & learn presentation with pre-approval from Guild staff–please email Caroline prior to adding this sponsorship to your cart if this is something you’re interested in. Keep in mind while the majority of judges are seasoned professional brewers, some will be experienced homebrewers, retail beer buyers, suppliers, etc. For this reason, the lunch & learn opportunity is really best geared towards beer or ingredient education rather than a sales pitch on professional equipment, business services, etc.
This sponsorship option also includes all logo recognition in the Base Level, including logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
Category Sponsor: $1000 (FULL)
The Texas Craft Brewers Cup has 27 unique medal categories and a select three are available for sponsorship! Choose from a competitive category like American IPA, Hazy IPA, or Pilsner, or have fun with TCBC’s fully original Decadent Beer category. With this sponsorship, your company will receive full screen logo acknowledgment as presenting sponsor of the category during the awards ceremony on Feb. 12, and a representative from your company is invited to join onstage for that category’s medal presentations. (Categories can be claimed now or once registration closes and we know how many submissions are in each category. If you’re interested in this sponsorship option and have a category request, please email Caroline.)
Category sponsors also have the option to offer their own gift or prize to winners in their category (be it an equipment or ingredient prize, swag item, etc.) This is an optional enhancement and is subject to Guild approval to balance the value and appropriateness. Optional gifts or prizes are at the expense and coordination of the sponsor.
This sponsorship option also includes all logo recognition in the Base Level, including logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
Pre-Awards Reception Sponsor: $1500 (Limit 3)
After the Feb. 12 Annual Meeting adjourns–but before the Awards Ceremony begins–brewers will be invited to mingle in the reception area and trade show hall for some pre-celebration beers and bites. As an official reception sponsor, you’ll help us make sure brewers don’t go hungry before the big awards, and be thanked for your support in the Annual Meeting program, an on-stage announcement, and with signage in the reception.
Reception sponsors will also have the opportunity to activate in the reception area outside of the sponsor hall during this portion of the program. Whether you want to bring a stand-up banner or freestanding POS to be on display during the reception, spread some swag out on tables, or have another fun idea, feel free to work with Caroline to make sure you’re taking advantage of visibility opportunities during the reception.
This sponsorship option also includes all logo recognition in the Base Level, including logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
Brewery of the Year Award Sponsor: $3000 (FULL)
At the end of the awards ceremony, which breweries will reign supreme in the competition and hoist their very own Texas Craft Brewers Cups?
TCBC will have two Brewery of the Year awards–one small brewery and one midsize-to-large(ish) brewery (for more info on these groupings, see page 12 of the Competition Rules). With this sponsorship, your company will receive full screen logo acknowledgment as presenting sponsor of the Brewery of the Year awards during the awards ceremony, and a representative from your company is invited to join onstage to present the Cups to the two winning breweries.
With this sponsorship, you also have the option to offer your own gift or prize to the two Brewery of the Year Award winners (be it an equipment or ingredient prize, swag item, etc.) This is an optional enhancement and is subject to Guild approval to balance the value and appropriateness. Optional gifts or prizes are at the expense and coordination of the sponsor.
This sponsorship option also includes all logo recognition in the Base Level, including logo on the competition registration page, website, and emails to the brewers, as well as logo recognition on-screen during the awards ceremony.
